Science is not only about delving deep down into research questions, and not only about communicating the answers (if you find them) to other researchers. Most of the research that I do is publicly funded, so I think that my research should also be communicated to the public. And hey, science communication, #SciComm, is fun! I enjoy trying to promote my findings via press releases, on Twitter, and in blog texts. But I also love presenting my research in popular science talks to various audiences.
